3. Consulting your builder

Make a wish-list and contact DKAT Developments to discover the endless range of choices that we offer you.

4. Designing your new home

During this stage your designer takes you through a detailed design briefing process. The process continues until your dream home concept has been turned into a detailed plan that you’re totally happy with.

5. Document Preparation

Once your plans and specifications are finalised, we prepare a quote for you.

6. The Building Contract

DKAT Developments presents you with your contract documents.

7. The Building Permit

DKAT Developments applies to your Local Council for a Building Permit

8. The Construction Phase

The real work begins. While your new dream home is being built you’ll deal directly with our friendly Building Project Manager. He will consult with you regularly.

9. Moving In

Once your completed home has passed 3 final inspections and you’ve made the final settlement, you’ll receive the keys to your new home.

10. After sales service

Dealing with any issues that may arise after you move in.
